Using the Service
You may use the Service for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for your accounts and activity performed under your account.

When you create an account you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
Intellectual Property
We own the Service and its content. You retain ownership of your uploaded content; by uploading you grant us a license to provide and improve the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to access it in an unauthorized manner.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for other business reasons.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, SketchVault disclaims all warranties. Our liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid in the prior 12 months, if any.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SketchVault operates.
